The Government of the Federal Republic of Nigeria has received loans and a grant from the African Development Bank, the African Development Fund and the Rural Water and Sanitation Initiative Trust Fund in the amount of UA 107.65 million (USD150.00 million), UA 71.77million (USD 100.00 million) and UA 3.99 million (USD35.56 million) respectively, to finance the Nigeria Inclusive Basic Service Delivery and Livelihood Empowerment Integrated Programme and intends to apply these loans and grant for payments of goods, works, related services and consulting services to be procured under this program.
